While enjoying his career in the financial world, he did not find the personal fulfillment he was looking for in a life-long career. Dr. Walding decided to follow his passion for exercise and enrolled in the Physical Therapy program at Hardin Simmons University where he earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Dr. Walding enjoys helping patients reach their health goals and educating them on the common problems that arise in our "flexed" society. He believes that the body has all the tools to heal itself when given proper nutrition and exercise. He works to help patients see the benefits of maintaining mobility, stability and enjoy healthy, happier lives.
Away from the office Dr. Walding enjoys spending time with his fiancée, playing guitar, exercising and playing sports. He is currently active in the Austin Metro Baseball League where he pitches for the Austin Colt 45's.
