Healthfairs

Payment for healthfairs can be handled a number of ways depending on employer policies regarding vendors. We apply a nominal fee to either the vendors or the employer to cover the cost of the event. Based on our preliminary discussions, we will be able to determine which pricing structure works best for your organization. We plan healthfairs for groups as small as 50 and have a great partner for groups up to 5000+.

Biometrics and Health Screening

Our basic package which includes CBC (complete blood count), Hemoglobin A1C (diabetes marker) Lipid panel, health questionnaire, blood pressure and BMI measurement is very low cost – please email to inquire. We have a group set-up fee for any groups smaller than 100 employees. If you would like to request a specific blood panel/test, the additional cost will depend on the market-rate for that specific item. We can service groups as small as 5 employees.

Physical Fitness Screening

The physical fitness screening is done as an add-on to the biometrics screening. There is a small additional charge for this service. There is no additional set-up charge for this portion of the event.

Cardio/Vascular Ultrasound Screening

This screening is done as an add-on to the biometrics screening. The basic screening package including Carotid arteries, Abdominal Aorta Aneurysm (AAA), Peripheral Vascular Disease (PAD) and analysis by a local cardiologist for a very low-cost.

On-Site B-Vitamin Injections

We request a minimum of 10 participants to do on-site injections. Our fee is $10/employee and we suggest a monthly visit which is most effective around the lunch-break.

We Report to You and the Employees:

At the conclusion of the screenings, we hand deliver personalized folders of results, information covering abnormal results and any required supplemental information to the employees. For groups larger than 40 employees, we consolidate the results into three forms: raw data in an excel spreadsheet (without employee names), detailed executive report in color and on-site executive presentation. From there, we work together to plan the appropriate health lectures and activities to address any “problem-areas.” A sample executive report can be delivered based on request.
