The Process:
We have developed a standard guideline for planning and executing our on-site events/screenings. Each site is a bit different, but for the purpose of guiding our discussions, we have listed a proposed workflow below.
- Finalize details of event and division of labor between Pro-Care and employer. Details such as date, time, coordination with other events, and projected participation are recorded and finalized at this time.
- Pro-Care representatives work with each site and on-site manager to determine the detailed logistics of the event (i.e. room, tables, waiting area, etc)
- Pro-Care representative work with each site to plan and disseminate marketing material required to attain projected participation level
- Pro-Care and employer work together to execute on-site event
- Pro-Care delivers material to lab, gathers and consolidates information
- Pro-Care delivers employee-specific results on-site
- Pro-Care presents consolidated employee results to executives
- Pro-Care and employer jointly develop plan to address health needs of employees
We request 6 weeks of preparation between step 1 to the time the event(s) are executed. Once the event(s) has successfully taken place, we require 2 weeks to consolidate employee results and create individualized packets for employees.
