On-site and In-office Middle and High School Physicals

The Pro-Care Spine Center offers physical exams for teens who are planning to join a competitive sport or activity. During these physical exams our doctors look at a variety of symptoms and conditions to be able to tell whether the patient is or should be eligible to engage in physical activity. Below are some of the conditions that our doctors will assess during this quick but thorough examination:

On-site Exams

To accommodate parents' busy schedules and to make sure that every single teammate is cleared to participate in the given sport, one of our doctors can come to your school, church or training facility. With a minimum of 75 people at a cost of $20 each, our doctors can make sure that the entire team is ready to start practicing and that each member starts contributing to the team as soon as possible.

Please make sure you call our office with plenty of time so that we may make the necessary changes to our doctors' schedules.

In-office Exams

If you prefer to come by our clinic, we would be happy to have one of our doctors conduct the physical exam for son or daughter.
