Melissa Watts - Physical Therapy Technician

Before joining the Pro-Care Spine Center, Melissa found her passion during her many volunteer opportunities at home healthcare facilities. From this passion, she attended the Physical Therapy Assistant program at Austin Community College. During her education, Melissa had clinical rotations at the Central Texas Medical Center in San Marcos and The Spine and Rehab Center in Austin to name a few. Melissa will be sitting for the Physical Therapy Assistant Board Exam in the near future. In addition, I was born and raised in Texas. I enjoy spending time with my son, family and friends. I’m very outgoing and active individual, who loves to be outdoors and play a variety of sports with the Austin Sports and Social Club. “I believe physical fitness is the key to a healthy lifestyle.”

Anthony Romero - Physical Therapy Technician

Anthony is originally from El Paso, TX where he began to realize his passion for helping others.  After pondering whether to attend school to become an EMT or a Firefighter, the action of fighting fires won him over.  From there he received his Fire Fighter Certification in 2007.  Just after moving to Austin, he joined Pro-Care and found yet another way to help others as a Physical Therapy Technician.  Anthony will be part of the inaugural staff in our San Antonio office opening in late 2008.

Sabrina Leal - Case Manager

Before joining the Pro-Care Spine Center team, Sabrina worked at a family-owned insurance agency in Austin for almost six years.  Her first experience with the Pro-Care Spine Center and Dr. Boecking was as a patient.  She suffered two serious car accidents, but the onset of pain was delayed and she never sought medical attention.  After a third accident, she decided it was time to get out of pain and generally improve her health.  Several of her friends suggested the Pro-Care Spine Center.  After several treatments at the center, her pain subsided and her health improved.  She was able to see first-hand how the Pro-Care Spine Center improves people’s lives. When the case manager position opened, she immediately applied.  She was a great patient with a wonderful attitude and we knew she would be a great addition to the team.

Courtney Brock - Office Administrative Lead

After spending a year at home with her newborn twin daughters, Courtney decided to go back to work. She had most recently been a District Sales Manager and enjoyed the fast pace of the job, but felt like the extended hours were more suited for someone without young children. Coincidentally, her mother was receiving spinal decompression therapy at Pro-Care Spine Center and discovered that there was a job opening. She knew her daughter would be a great fit and urged her to apply. We are grateful that she did because Courtney meets every office responsibility and patient with a smile.

Brent Boecking - Director of Marketing and Operations

After graduating with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University, Brent went to work at National Instruments in Austin, Texas.  He worked for almost four years as a product marketing manager before deciding to join his brother, Dr. Boecking at the Pro-Care Spine Center.  He currently directs the marketing and operations activities at the center.  As a believer in the body’s innate ability to heal itself when cared for properly through nutrition, exercise and regular chiropractic adjustments; he is excited about the opportunity to make a significant difference in people’s lives.

Stephen Sebesta - Business Development

Stephen Sebesta came to Pro-Care Spine Center after suffering from lower back pain for 5 years and after having been advised to have surgery, he underwent 24 sessions of spinal decompression and was greatly helped by it. Now with regular chiropractic maintenance his condition is very much under control.

Professionally, Stephen brings 22 years of experience in sales, marketing and public relations. He successfully ran his own insurance agency and then was in high tech sales for another 7 years. “Pro-Care Spine has given me a wonderful creative opportunity to go out into the community and develop successful long term business relationships” and he relishes the ability to do just that.
